This service includes negotiating with your landlord or drafting a Lease Extension (as the case may be) and thereafter registering it at the Land Registry.
Our fees per lease extension will be £850 plus VAT together with £50 payable to the Land Registry, £16 for office copy entries and £12/£25 for a copy of your lease (if you cannot supply one). If you have a mortgage, your mortgage company may charge an administration fee of about £50 plus VAT.
Our service includes extending the length of your lease and reducing the ground rent to nil.
If you require completely new leases then we can also assist. Our fees for this will be start from £950 plus VAT per lease. In addition a Land Registry requirement lease plan will be required at a cost of approximately £150 plus VAT.
