Vijya is a paralegal in the Enfranchisement department. She has particular knowledge and experience in statutory lease extensions, voluntary lease extensions, right to manage, collective enfranchisement and property management.
Vijya joined Comptons 2012 from a large practice in North London and has been a valuable member of the team ever since. She is known for her sunny disposition, administrative aptitude and tenacity, no matter the task in hand. Vijya works hard to maintain client relations throughout the transaction.
