Nick is the head of the Dispute Resolution department and has been a qualified litigator for more than 25 years. He has been a Partner at Comptons since 1990.
Nick qualified as a Solicitor in February 1983. He specialises in property and commercial litigation to which he brings an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach. Nick’s professional objectives are to achieve the most favourable outcome for his clients in the shortest possible time and at the least cost to them. He is an effective negotiator and has a strong commitment to alternative dispute resolution.
Nick successfully represented a landlord in the reported case of Staghold Limited v. Takeda (2005), an employer in the reported case of Ward v. Ashkenazi (2011) and has been involved in numerous other high profile cases.
Nick runs regularly to keep fit and is also a keen motor cyclist, both on race tracks and on the road.
