Martin joined Comptons in 2003 and became a partner in 2004. He has over 25 years litigation experience in a broad range of property and commercial litigation and in landlord and tenant and employment law. Martin qualified as a Solicitor on 15 June 1978.
He also has experience in joint ownership property disputes, TOLATA claims and nuptial agreements.
Martin’s sympathetic and pragmatic approach has helped him build his broad caseload and he assists clients in all aspects of the resolution of their dispute, whether to successful settlement or court action when necessary.
Martin’s interests include sport (mostly spectating), reading, travel and adventurous walking.
